Terms & Conditions - My Home Group
1. Scope of Work
All work carried out by My Home Group shall be executed strictly in accordance with the scope of work, specifications, drawings, and terms agreed upon in the contract or written agreement with the client. Any services not expressly mentioned in the agreed scope shall not be considered part of the contract unless confirmed in writing.
2. Payment Terms
The client agrees to make all payments to My Home Group as per the mutually agreed payment schedule. Payments must be made on time and without delay. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in suspension of work, delays in project completion, or other actions deemed necessary by My Home Group.
3. Project Timelines
All project timelines provided are estimated and depend on multiple factors, including site conditions, material availability, weather conditions, and timely approvals, decisions, or inputs from the client. My Home Group shall not be held liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
4. Additional or Extra Work
Any work requested by the client that goes beyond the originally agreed scope shall be considered additional or extra work. Such work will be undertaken only after mutual agreement and may involve additional costs and revised timelines, which shall be borne by the client.
5. Delays Due to External Factors
My Home Group shall not be responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused due to natural calamities, acts of God, government restrictions, labor issues, supplier delays, or any third-party actions or circumstances beyond its control.
6. Materials and Specifications
All materials used in the execution of the project shall be as per the specifications approved by the client. In case of non-availability of specific materials, suitable alternatives of comparable quality may be used with prior client approval.
7. Refund Policy
Any payments made by the client after the commencement of work shall be strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once work has begun, costs related to labor, materials, planning, and execution are deemed incurred and cannot be reversed.
